Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and regulations governing the purchase of products from Hanmade’s Bakehouse. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

  1. Order Placement:
  • Orders must be placed through our official channels, including our website, phone, or in-person at our designated location.
  • All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
  1. Payment:
  • Payment for cake orders is required in full at the time of placing the order.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, EFTPOS , Stripe and all transactions are secure.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery.
  • Refunds for custom cakes will only be issued if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
  • In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery date, a partial refund may be considered, subject to the discretion of the management.
  • Once the cake has been picked up or delivered, we are not liable for any damage incurred during transportation or thereafter.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cakes that have been altered or consumed in part or in full.
  • Any concerns regarding the quality or design of the cake must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery for consideration of a refund or store credit.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, and processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • By purchasing our cakes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding refunds.

  • Changes to Orders:
  • Any changes to the order, including flavours, sizes, or decorations, must be requested and confirmed within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  1. Pickup and Delivery:
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and contact information.
  • Cakes are the customer's responsibility once they have been picked up or delivered. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after this point.
  1. Quality and Satisfaction:
  • We take every precaution to ensure the quality and freshness of our cakes. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will address your concerns.
  1. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
  • While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
  1. Customization:
  • Customised cakes may vary slightly from the provided reference images due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • We will make every effort to match design specifications but reserve the right to make artistic decisions when necessary.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  1. Changes to Terms:

- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
