Please note that submitting an order form does not confirm your order.
1. Submit your enquiry
Fill out the required details and send your enquiry to us.
2. Receive your quote
Our team will review your request and send you a quote based on your requirements.
3. Confirm you would like to proceed
Once you are happy with your quote, let us know you would like to proceed.
4. Pay your 50% deposit
We will then request a 50% deposit to secure and finalise your order.
Your order is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and Hanmade’s Bakehouse has sent you confirmation.
Your order is not confirmed without both:
✅ 50% deposit payment
✅ Confirmation from Hanmade’s Bakehouse
5. Remaining balance
The remaining 50% balance is due 6 days before your order date.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Please do not make a deposit until you have received and approved your quote.
Submitting an order form, receiving a quote or discussing an order does not secure your date or confirm your order.
Your order is only confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received and Hanmade’s Bakehouse has provided confirmation.
